PA Wilson is a Neurosurgical Physician Associate (PA-C), who is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He has been active in the practice of neurosurgery since 1996.
Prior to joining Associates in Neurosurgery, he served as the Chief Neurosurgical PA at The Maxine Dunitz Neurosurgical Institute at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Staten Island University Hospital. He received his degree from Howard University, and completed his internship at St. Vincent¹s Medical Center in New York.
PA Wilson is a member of the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, Academy of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants, and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants.
He retains active privileges at Florida Hospital and Orlando Regional Hospital.
Heather was born on the beautiful island of Antigua where she completed her high school education. She later attended Hunter College at the New York City University system, and four years later emerged with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. Her career as a nurse began at Albert Einstein Hospital in New York City. She and her husband relocated to Orlando in 1976 where she began working at Florida Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit. She was instrumental in the development of the Neuro Critical Care unit, and in 1986 was promoted to Assistant Nurse Manager of that unit, a position she holds presently.
Heather successfully completed the exam for neuroscience nursing certification in 1996 and is an active member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nursing. In 1999 she became an employee of "Associates in Neurosurgery," working part time as the nurse. Her functions at our office include the following:

Examination of the patient during the first post-op visit to the office

Diane has worked in the neurosurgical field with Dr. St Louis for the past ten years. Utilizing her vast experiece, she performs various roles throughout the office. Diane schedules all testing, and surgeries for Dr. St Louis' patients. If you have questions regarding tests or surgeries, please contact her.

Jackie has been in the medical billing field since 1979. She has specialized in orthopedic, family practice, general and vascular surgery and now neurosurgery insurance billing. Her responsibilities include billing primary and secondary insurance, collections, coordination of referrals and authorizations, posting charges and payments, and assisting patients with their billing questions.

Andree graduated in October 2000 from Career Training Institute where she studied Health Information Technology. After completing her studies she began working with Associates in Neurosurgery. She currently assists everyone in the office with medical records, billing, answers phones, and schedules appointments. She is fairly new in the medical field and enjoys it very much.

Betty has seven years of experience as a receptionist. She began working with
Associates in Neurosurgery in August of 2003. Betty currently schedules all patient appointments, checks each patient in for their office visit, and assists with many of the daily tasks to keep the office functioning. She plans on attending nursing school in the Spring of 2004.
